Water Drops on Hemlock

Sometimes it’s just fun to play with all those filters.

In The Wake

A nice day at the Seattle Fremont Market, where we sell honey every Sunday.  But each time I walked the van guard dog along the ship canal, the sun went away.

Sal Swirled

As I said….it’s handy for photos on cold wet days.  I take the dogs and goats for a walk, we pass water (not an issue around here) and Sal jumps in…

Break Through

I do try to keep Sal from jumping in frozen ponds, or walking on them.  Ruins the shot, and I don’t want to pull her out.

The goats are behind me, out of shot.  (I hadn’t cleared them with their agent)

Dogs Willing and the Creek Don't Rise

Sallie (van guard dog) and Mojo (livestock guard dog) wondered why neither I nor the goats (behind me once again. I must speak with their agent) are willing to cross one of the two creeks on our farm (Brookfield Farm in Maple Falls, Washington).  It’s not art : it’s family, which is an art in itself.

Bubbling Waters

All the creeks at the farm are high, beautiful, and very, very cold these days.
